Fabric-to-Design & Swatch Digitization
Snap a photo of physical swatches (cotton, denim, silk, wool) to generate a tileable digital fabric twin that simulates realistic draping, texture shadowing, and light reflections. Maintain your entire material catalog in a searchable cloud archive, letting you test how seasonal prints match new silhouettes in seconds.
Input & Output Swatch Preview
A 2D photo swatch file representing silk weave patterns or brocade textures is uploaded through the workspace app (e.g. /images/fabric_silk.png).
The engine automatically tile-drapes the texture maps over a digital model silhouette (e.g. /images/gown_silk.png), adjusting folds and reflections.
Three-Step Digitization Workflow
- Capture Swatch: Snap a clear close-up picture of any physical textile swatch in natural lighting.
- Model Drape: Let the AI engine profile texture grains and map the pattern tiles onto your target garment templates.
- Cloud Storage: Index the calibrated digital swatch cards into collaborative seasonal moodboards for easy team lookup.
Intended Users
Independent fashion designers, textile developers, boutique brands, and atelier manufacturers seeking to synchronize digital twin fabrics across supply chains.
- Digitize phone pictures of fabrics into seamless 4K digital textures.
- Simulate visual drape folds, shadow depths, and surface sheen.
- Archive swatches into a searchable cloud database.
- Cannot simulate physical stress, weight, or tensile stretch of threads.
- Does not support physical DXF sewing layouts directly.
- Screen display differences might cause slight color-space variance.
