- How are credits consumed? Each basic concept generation consumes 1 credit. High-Definition virtual try-ons or photorealistic model renders consume 2 credits. Generating a complete technical specification sheet consumes 5 credits.
- Do unused credits roll over? No, credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle to match your plan's allocation. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- What is the commercial use policy? Commercial rights depend on your active tier. Paid subscribers (Creator, Pro, and Studio) receive commercial usage rights—meaning that as between you and SpiffCrafter, you retain rights in your original inputs and receive rights to use eligible outputs generated through your account, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the legal possibility that some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or patent protection.
Privacy & Data Trust Statement
At SpiffCrafter, we prioritize the confidentiality of your creative work. In accordance with Apple App Store developer requirements and general privacy regulations, our data practices are structured as follows:
- Uploaded Media: Custom sketches, fabric photographs, and inspiration videos uploaded to your workspace are processed through secure TLS/SSL-encrypted channels.
- No AI Model Training on User Data: We do not use your custom sketches, materials, lookbooks, or generated designs to train or fine-tune our base generative AI models.
- Data Retention & Permanent Deletion: Uploaded materials are stored in secure cloud containers powered by Supabase. You can permanently delete any design, moodboard, or file from your library instantly. Deleting your account will immediately flag your data, leading to irreversible destruction after a 30-day grace period.
- Secure Processors: We use encrypted connections, access controls, and established infrastructure providers to protect user data. Polar acts as merchant of record for eligible transactions, while project data is stored through our configured Supabase infrastructure.
- Intellectual Property Ownership: As between you and SpiffCrafter, you retain rights in your original inputs and receive rights to use eligible outputs generated through your account, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the possibility that some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or patent protection.
