Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SpiffCrafter platform (the "Service") operated by Zyventiq LTD ("us", "we", or "our"), with database services hosted by Supabase and payment handling processed through Polar.sh as Merchant of Record.

1. Relationship with Zyventiq LTD

SpiffCrafter is a design platform wholly owned by Zyventiq LTD. By registering for or using our Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Zyventiq LTD, governed by these terms and applicable law.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

All premium billing, credit acquisitions, tax computations, and subscription operations are handled programmatically through Polar.sh, acting as our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance and do not support rolled-over credits.

3. Intellectual Property and Output Rights

As between you and SpiffCrafter, you retain rights in your original inputs (e.g. sketches, fabric uploads) and receive rights to use eligible outputs generated through your account, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the legal possibility that some AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright or patent protection in your jurisdiction.

4. Disclaimers of Liability

AI-generated outputs are meant as design concepts and styling aids:

• Try-On preview: Visual previews do not guarantee physical drape, construction or fit on physical bodies.
• Specification Reports: All technical parameter cards and fabric twins are development aids and must be reviewed by a professional patternmaker or manufacturer before production.
• Originality: Generated designs may resemble existing patterns; you are responsible for trademark and design reviews.
