At SpiffCrafter, we want you to be completely satisfied with our fashion-design tools. If you face issues with credit consumption or billing, please review our refund rules:

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to remaining monthly credits will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refund Eligibility: Refund requests submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase may be approved if no more than 10 generation credits have been consumed from your account quota.
• Processing: Payments are processed securely via Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, contact us at support@zyventiq.com.
