At SpiffCrafter, owned and operated by Zyventiq LTD, we value the trust you place in us when sharing your creative works, photographs, and personal data. This document outlines our data practices in full compliance with App Store Connect rules.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information required to run your workspace and process generative styling requests:

  • Account Credentials: Email addresses, names, and passwords (stored securely and encrypted via Supabase Auth).
  • Creative Swatches & Sketches: User-uploaded sketches, flat drawing templates, custom fabric photographs, and lookbook images are stored in isolated Supabase cloud storage.
  • Usage Data: History of generated designs, credit expenditure, and basic device logs.

2. No AI Model Training on User Data

We do not use your custom uploaded fabric patterns, silhouette sketches, lookbooks, model photos, or generated garment concepts to train or fine-tune our base AI generators. Your intellectual assets remain private to your workspace.

3. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion

Your design inputs are retained to support your workspace library. You can delete individual designs or swatches at any time. When you request account deletion through the account settings, your account enters a 30-day grace period, after which all profile details, custom fabric swatches, sketches, and generated sheets are permanently and irreversibly destroyed from our databases.

4. Processors and Infrastructure Security

We use secure, established cloud infrastructure providers to manage data safely:

  • Supabase: For user authentication, profile tables, and file storage under strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
  • Polar.sh: Acts as our authorized Merchant of Record, processing payments, taxation, and subscription logs securely. We do not store credit card details.
